My contribution to the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes.
What you find in my publication today is a jumping spider and if you often walk in an open environment, it is possible that you can easily find these spider species playing on the surface of plant leaves.
In the last few months, I have rarely come across close-up shots of this jumping spider because they are one of the spiders that are a little difficult to find in the plant environment, my identification is all because they are a species of insects that live in rotten wood environments and in the area of dry bush leaves.
And they are carrion-eating insects that only come out of their nests astray to find food in the form of ants and other small insects and at the beginning of last year I once found this jumping spider which was preying on a butterfly that was quite large in size from its body and the level of intelligence it has looks so amazing, the insect paralyzes a butterfly that is larger than its growth by pounced on the butterfly's neck.
Jumping spider Hyllus semicupreus they have movements and jumps that are quite fast and the color texture they have is sometimes camouflage in nature which looks so stunning that sometimes even when they are in the environment of fallen leaves or dry driftwood., you can just miss them.
And when I found these insects in the bushes of my plantations yard, they looked so dashing with their growth posture which looked so cool and I took quite tricky opportunities to capture the details of their beauty in black and white close-up shots.
And the tricky thing that I encountered while shooting, these insects always take their stance to jump in front of my lens, so that all the detailed images that I can find in my publication today, some of them look like they are taking their stance to jump.

Great photo capturing a weird spider, never saw a spider jump before.
Thank you guys, they are sometimes quite rare for us to find and myself when walking in the bush environment, was careful enough to be able to find them.

Awesome photos mate... That one in the Thumbnail is dope!
Great work!
thanks guys for the warm words and they are such amazing jumping spiders.
Welcome. Indeed they're.
These are great. I absolutely love jumping spiders. I used to be really scared of them but after I saw their faces close up, how can you not love that little face? This one has cute little tufts that look like horns and make it even cooler.
yes, of course my friend and myself before when we started in the world of close-up shooting, they were insects that once surprised me with their super fast jumps but after a while I got to know them more and more so I was so interested in their cool textures.
thanks @ackhoo and @qurator I hope you and the entire team that works are always healthy there and my greetings from Indonesia, I hope you are always healthy there.
