THINGS FROM THE FIELD || Monomad

in Black And Whitelast month

Hello friends of photography and especially of black and white, my best wishes to all. The countryside and its things is what I propose on this occasion, and I take the opportunity to make, with these shots, my entry to the daily challenge #monomad. It is very refreshing to live for moments these images, to experience life in the countryside, which although it is very sacrificial is also very healthy.

In the countryside you live a little looser, more natural than in the city. People generally speak and act in a more sincere and casual way. Life happens without so much pressure and at a slower pace, or as it should be, without much stress. With these images I want to try to show that, the naturalness of life in the countryside without cosmetics. A neighbor, a farmer, returning from work with his oxen, the restless and innocent piglets that go from yard to yard eating whatever they find, the guajiro shopping in a kiosk with his horse "parked" in the middle of the street, the chickens gathered in one of the many dinners of the day, an old bus stop sign dating from the eighties.

These are images that are very familiar and nostalgic at the same time since I grew up in a small country town, where I was very happy. I hope you like this photographic proposal, see you!

Thanks friend @jlinaresp, a pity not to have more time to spend in the countryside. For now the city is talking 👍.
