Each time I begin to love this tree more and more. It has already given me a large number of diverse plots, how not to love it for that!
Willows are graphic, willows are voluminous, willows are picturesque! You can’t just go over and not take a picture of the willow.
Willow is good for everything: tree trunks have a pronounced texture, which gives mysticism when shooting in the dark.
In autumn or early spring, willows have many different monochrome tones, which is good for a graphic landscape.
And in the middle of summer, the willow crown often has the shape of a fluffy ball, which gives the plot volume.
Even in winter, bizarrely curved willow branches can bring poetry to the black and white picture.
There wasn’t such a time of the year that willow trees looked somehow boring.
But there is one thing: I am talking exclusively about mature trees.
If you take into account the young willow shrubs, they spoil the overall picture a bit.
Young thickets look random, make passage difficult, do not have an artistic component... although it can do for graphics.
