Did you also play with those dandelion seeds as kids (or grownups... no one will judge you here)? I used to pick them when they are all fluffed up and tried to blow off all the seeds in one go. A bit like candles on a birthday cake.
For no reason really. Just for fun.
Other times we would run around and kick them and watch the tiny parachutes fly around.
I still don't get why people don't like to see them in their lawns. Flowers are pretty, seeds are fun... plain grass is just boring :p
