¡¡¡ Saludos queridos lectores y fanáticos de las fotografías !!!

There are many of us who are still in preventive isolation because of the pandemic, here in Venezuela in 4 days we will arrive at 6 months of confinement, spending some days even without seeing the light of the sun. We are absorbed in our daily activities, longing for affection, which we can only caress through the cyber - space or places that already miss our footsteps.

Somos muchos los que aún estamos en aislamiento preventivo a causa de la pandemia, aquí en Venezuela dentro de 4 día arribaremos a 6 meses de encierro, pasando algunos días incluso sin ver la luz del sol. Ensimismados en nuestras actividades cotidianas, añorando cariños, que solo podemos acariciar a través del ciber - espacio o lugares que ya extrañan nuestras pisadas.

When I saw the images that I share with you today, I remembered that I read somewhere that in ancient times, in order to purify their spirit, monks confined themselves in small cells. There they spent their days meditating and searching for God, ironically, perhaps he was waiting for them outside in his wonderful and own creation.

Al ver las imágenes que hoy les comparto recordé, que leí en algún lugar, que en la antigüedad los monjes con el fin de purificar su espíritu, se auto confinaban en pequeñas celdas. Allí pasaban sus días meditando y buscando a Dios, irónicamente, quizás él los esperaba fuera en su maravillosa y propia creación.

Paradoxically, today and not by free choice, we all have to confine ourselves, seeking to keep ourselves clean, but this time, it is not our soul that we want to protect. We seek to protect our body from a tiny enemy that lurks behind the door, if, to us all powerful, a small virus made us retreat, changed our lives and showed how fragile we are.

Paradójicamente, hoy día y no por libre elección, a todos nos tocó auto confinarnos, buscando mantenernos limpios, pero en esta oportunidad, no es nuestra alma la que queremos resguardar. Buscamos, proteger nuestro cuerpo, de un enemigo ínfimo que nos acecha detrás de la puerta, si, a nosotros los todos poderosos, un pequeño virus nos hizo retroceder, nos cambió la vida y demostró lo frágiles que somos.
