It is true that many of us tend to hide how bad we feel sometimes. In my case, I have found myself sometimes disconnected from the world, so to speak, as if I was not part of it and I saw everything through a glass. Then I try to focus on the good things that happen around me and sometimes, they convince me...
It is okay not to be well, what we must do is not give up and try to seek the necessary help, sometimes it appears alone, but sometimes you have to go out and look for it.
You must understand that depression is an illness and nobody wants to suffer from illnesses (well, except perhaps for those who suffer from some rare syndrome that surely exists).
