Life On Two Wheels series #4 | #Monomad Challenge

in Black And White3 years ago

Hi there black and white community, today I will be sharing again my photography series of Life on two wheels, which will be my entry for the #monomad challenge a daily contest by @monochromes. Most of what I captured today was more on motorbikes, and today I will be sharing some of my techniques to get a good focus on a moving subject while having a blurry background.

First off is I tried to set the shutter to a slower speed to get the desired blurry background on the subject, the next thing I do is change the focus settings of the camera to continuous-servo autofocus, so as to allow the camera to focus alone on the moving subject. Also with the help of focal rate which I commonly set higher whenever I do shots of fast-moving subjects and the last thing I do is doing the panning shot, meaning you have to follow the subject by doing a sweeping motion with your camera at the same speed as your subject.
I did put my camera settings in each photo below, check it out.
