Hello monochrome #Hive friends!... Welcome to a new post of black and white street photographs, taken by me in the town where I have always lived. This time I bring to share with you several photographs of a very casual nature. I can say without fear of being wrong that these photographs are me doing a: "I look, prepare, aim and shoot" while I wander through the streets trying to go unnoticed so as not to affect the naturalness of what is happening around me...

¡Hola amigos monocromáticos de #Hive!... Bienvenidos a una nuevo post de fotografías callejeras en blanco y negro, hechas por mi en el pueblo donde he vivido desde siempre. Esta vez traigo para compartir con ustedes varias fotografías de carácter muy casual. Puedo decir sin temor a equivocarme que estas fotografías son yo haciendo un:** "Miro, preparo, apunto y disparo"** mientras voy deambulando por las calles procurando pasar desapercibido para no afectar la naturalidad de lo que acontece a mi alrededor...

This is a very instinctive photography kind. It's really about looking around and noticing eloquent scenes which look absolutely casual... I have to be very attentive on the streets when I take pictures like these, because things like a person crossing a corner, a dog walking past or a motorbike going past me, happen quickly and require a timely response in order to register them with my camera.

Este es un tipo de fotografía muy instintivo. En realidad se trata de ir mirando todo alrededor y percatarse de escenas elocuentes pero las cuales luzcan absolutamente casuales... Debo ir por las calles muy atento cuando hago fotos como estas, pues cosas como una persona atravesando una esquina, un perro pasando de largo o una moto yendo a mi lado, suceden rápidamente y requieren responder a tiempo para poder registrarlas con mi cámara.

On the other hand, these photos represent times when the town seems to have more people than usual on the streets. This usually happens on school days and in the early hours of the morning. The act of taking the children to school seems to revive a bit of the extinct daily activity in the streets of our village. Unfortunately, due to logistical shortcomings and low numbers of teachers, our schools are running only two or three days in the week...

Por otra parte, estas fotos representan momentos en los que el pueblo parece tener más personas de lo habitual en las calles. Esto suele suceder en días de escuela y a primera horas de la mañana. El hecho de llevar a los chicos a la escuela parece revivir un poco de la extinta actividad cotidiana de las calles de nuestro pueblo. Desafortunadamente, debido a carencias logísticas y bajo numero de profesores, nuestras escuelas están funcionando apenas dos o tres días por semana...

_{ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL NOTE: Photographs captured with my Nikon D7000 DSLR camera in RAW format, then processed in Adobe Camera RAW for adjustments regarding light, sharpening, contrast and depth... They were then exported to JGP format on which minor modifications such as straightening and adding watermarks were carried out using PhotoScape 3.6.3.}

_{NOTA TÉCNICA ADICIONAL: Fotografias capturadas con mi cámara DSLR Nikon D7000 en formato RAW, procesadas posteriormente en Adobe Camera RAW para ajustes relativos a luz, afilado, contraste y profundidad... Luego fueron exportadas a formato JGP sobre el cual se llevaron a cabo modificaciones menores como enderezado y agregado de marcas de agua usando PhotoScape 3.6.3.}
