RE: Staring At The Sun

in Black And Whitelast month

I ended up taking a short drive north that was made incredibly long due to traffic. We stopped at a small city park with events for my son to enjoy. I've seen partial before, but taking the glasses off during totality was incredible. Seeing the coronal hues spill out from behind the moon was awesome.

Ouch, I was afraid of that, how long did it take you? Where we ended up camping was only a hour or so from the house but I'd rather camp than deal with the traffic. I caught the 2017 eclipse on a whim (was already in the area on road trip) but seeing totality just blew me away, it's so amazing. After that I just wanted to see more. Glad y'all got to experience that!
