Monomad: Dung beetles and ladybugs

Some of the macro photos below are my entry for the daily #monomad challenge.

This is a photo of a dung beetle and a photo of a ladybug that I combined in one post. Because for the photo of the dung beetle I can only shoot from the front side. So as a friend of the dung beetle, I present the ladybug.

I think this is very suitable because they are both types of beetles.

From the shape of the body from what I see it is a little different. The dung beetle has a slightly round head while the ladybug is slightly elongated. But they both have the same eye color which is pitch black.
