An hour on the streets of Kathmandu #Monomad challenge

in Black And White2 months ago

My mentor & coach has been pushing me hard, but that is of course the way to get any lasting results!

Yesterday I spent a short hour walking back to my room, and this is what that yielded. The process has certainly kickstarted something for me...

This young guy was totally terrorizing the pigeons until he got sweaty and exhausted!

I guess exchanging guaranteed bird flu for a few shots is a good deal 🤣

Two old ladies sharing the burden, there was some big event at one of the monasteries. The furniture behind them is also Tibetan, the carpenters were doing the last finish out on the street!

This type of photography is very much my old style, since I see these setups its hard not to grab them!

_DSF1475.JPGFrom Kanying Shedrup Ling

Two young monks playing around. Most are either orphans or kids from families that cannot take properly care of them, many monasteries do a great job for the community this way.

_DSF1483.JPGYoung couple

Walking back down towards the stupa itself I found this young couple, may they all have a great future! 🙂

That is it for now! Later today I will leave Nepal, but there is still lots to go through, edit & publish. #Monomad
