A few days ago, I had the complete honor of being the photographer in charge of documenting a marriage proposal in a beautiful location.
Everything was a surprise, so we worked in the following way: first, the groom arrived at the restaurant and had a date as they normally would. I arrived, sat far away, and when I saw the groom pull out a letter, I started recording them from afar and gradually moved closer, recording the entire moment. The natural and spontaneous reactions were captured on video, and after that, we started the photography session.
The first thing we did was recreate the date, with them sitting in their special spot:
Hace unos dias tuve el completo honor de ser el fotografo encargado de documentar una propuesta de matrimonio en un lugar hermoso.
Todo fue una sorpresa asi que trabajamos de la siguiente manera, primero el novio llegó al restaurante y tuvo una cita como normalmente harian, yo llegué me sente lejos y cuando ví que el novio sacó una carta, empecé a grabarlos desde lejos y poco a poco me fui acercando cada vez mas grabando todo el momento, las reacciones naturales y espontaneas quedaron grabadas en video y luego de eso comenzamos la sesion de fotos.
Lo primero que hicimos fue recrear la cita, ellos sentados en su lugar especial:

Y en ese mismo lugar fue que el novio comenzó a leer la carta para su chica:
After finishing the letter, the guy knelt down to propose marriage!
Al terminar de leer la carta el chico se arrodilló para hacer la propuesta de matrimonio!
This was my favorite angle because there is a line of flowers, and the mountains are visible in the background:

Obviously, the girl said yes, and both were extremely happy!!
Once we finished with the proposal photographs, we started taking the couple photographs. For this, we explored different spaces of the location. There was a bench surrounded by flowers that was very beautiful!
Obviamente la chica dijo que si y los dos estaban extremadamente felices!!
Una vez concluimos con las fotos de la propuesta empezamos a hacer las fotos de novios, para esto exploramos diferentes espacios del lugar, habia una banca rodeada de flores que estaba muy bonita!
Then I took a photography of them through a tree in which I framed them in the center. This photography is very romantic!
Luego les hice una foto a traves de un arbol en el que los encuadré en el centro, esta foto es muy romantica!
And after that, we took some photographs where we gave more prominence to the ring!
Y despues hicimos algunas fotos donde le dieramos mas protagonismo al anillo!
I took all the photographs with my Canon R8 camera, a 50mm f/2.2 lens, and only natural light.
I think it goes without saying that the couple was more than excited with the photographs of their special moment. I was also very happy with the results obtained. I hope you like them as much as we did!
Todas las fotos las tomé con mi camara Canon R8, un lente 50mm a 2.2/f y solo luz natural.
Creo que no hace falta decir que la pareja estaba mas que emocionada con las fotos de su momento especial yo tambien quedé muy contento con los resultados obtenidos, espero que a ustedes les gusten tanto como a nosotros!!
