Today, I want to share a set of photographies I took with a swimming theme. These photographies came about because the girl's mother hired my services, as they needed professional photographies to launch the girl's social media presence as a professional athlete. She is currently part of the national team and plans to seek sponsors in the future.
The first photography I took was very spontaneous and natural, when the girl was starting to put on her swimming cap:
Hoy les quiero compartir un set de fotografias que hice con la tematica de natacion, estas fotos surgieron porque la madre de la chica contrató mis servicios ya que necesitaban unas fotos profesionales para empezar las redes sociales de la chica como atleta profesional, ella actualmente es parte del equipo de la seleccion nacional y piensan en un futuro buscar patrocinantes.
La primera foto que tomé fué muy espontanea y natural, cuando la chica se estaba empezando a poner el gorro de natacion:
Then we started the actual photography session. In this first part, we wanted to take some portraits out of the water, so for the background, we chose a shower wall, something very typical of swimming pools:
Luego empezamos la verdadera sesion de fotos, en esta primera parte queriamos hacer unos retratos fuera del agua, asi que de fondo escogimos una pared de las duchas, algo muy tipico de las pisicinas.
And then we changed the background of the photography toward the pool to symbolize that the girl was about to get into the water:
Y luego cambiamos el fondo de la foto hacia la piscina, para simbolizar que la chica ya iba a entrar al agua.

To take the next photography, I used the camera in burst mode and then chose the photography from the exact moment:
Para hacer la siguiente foto utilicé la camara en modo rafaga y luego escogí la foto del momento exacto:
Then I took a couple of photographies of the girl getting out of the water:
Luego hice un par de fotos de la chica saliendo del agua:
And finally, we started taking some photographies of the girl swimming, exploring different types of photographies at different moments of her swim:
Y por ultimo, empezamos a hacer algunas fotos de la chica nadando, exploramos diferentes tipos de fotos en diferentes momentos de la natacion:
I took all the photographies with my Canon R8 camera, a 24-105mm f/4 lens, and for light, I used natural light. In some photographies, I used flash, and in others, I used a reflector.
At the end of the photography session, we were all super happy with the results. I hope you like them as much as we did!
Todas las fotos las tomé con mi Camara Canon R8 , un lente 24-105mm 4/f y para luz utilicé luz natural, en algunas fotos flash y en otras fotos utilicé un reflector.
