I was very close to the Indian Museum so my camera could not capture the complete picture of the entrance of the museum in one shot.
The Indian Museum was founded in Kolkata, India in 1814. I have seen this museum from inside but not completely. I reached the museum at three o'clock in the evening when two hours were left for the closure. It is impossible to see such a huge museum completely in two hours. It may take you several days.
Inside this museum there are many ancient sculptures, paintings, images of small coins from different countries, skeletons, and mummies. All the collection of the country of Egypt were kept in a separate room where it was forbidden to take photographs.
I saw many types of stones inside the museum which are said to be thousands or millions of years old. However, I could not study everything properly because there was not much time for the museum to be closed. That's when I thought that I would visit the Indian Museum once again. However, that chance hasn't come yet.
Today when I reached the Indian Museum, I found that the museum is still not opening. The government has kept the museum closed due to corona infection.
