This squirrel was a little bit different from the ones that live in the trees on my front lawn. Those ones seem more accustomed to people and will easily run away if you approach or move too quickly. This one, though, saw me as I was taking some shots of the downtown skyline from a cemetery and park I've never been to before. It kept peeking out at me, curious about what I was doing, and maybe humans were a rare sight to this young squirrel as it hung around trying to get a close look at me. It stayed on the same tree, circling and popping its head out to look at me for several minutes before it eventually decided there were more important things to do.
