Any time is a good time to go out and take photos, and if you're looking for excuses, there are plenty! 😄 At least that's how I see it. Something like that happened to me when I went out to do some shopping for my sister and decided to walk along the famous Paseo del Prado, a place where there are always reasons to press the shutter button. 📸
These snapshots 📸 are my submission for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes and @brumest.
The schedule wasn't so "aggressive"—I say aggressive because in the late afternoon and evening, the place fills up with young people skating, listening to music, or doing tricks, and walking around becomes quite an adventure. This time, luckily, everything was quieter.
As I mentioned, walking always provides good reasons to take photographs. You know I'm a fan of classic cars, and there's always one that catches my attention.
The Paseo del Prado is also ideal for sitting down for a while in the shade, enjoying the breeze and the surrounding trees. 🌳
In the end, I did the shopping I needed to do and took the photos too—two birds with one stone, as the saying goes.

Cualquier momento es bueno para salir a hacer fotos, y si se trata de buscar pretextos, ¡sobran! 😄 Al menos así lo veo yo. Algo así me pasó cuando salí a hacer unas compras que mi hermana me había encargado y decidí atravesar el famoso Paseo del Prado, un lugar donde siempre hay motivos para apretar el obturador. 📸
El horario no era tan “agresivo” —digo agresivo porque ya en la tarde-noche aquello se llena de jóvenes patinando, escuchando música o haciendo piruetas, y caminar por ahí se vuelve toda una aventura—. Esta vez, por suerte, todo estaba más tranquilo.
Caminando siempre aparecen buenos motivos para fotografiar, como les dije. Ya saben que soy fanático de los autos clásicos 🚗, y por ahí siempre hay alguno que se roba la atención.
El Paseo del Prado también es ideal para sentarse un rato a la sombra, con la brisa y los árboles que lo rodean. 🌳
Al final hice las compras que necesitaba y las fotos también —dos pájaros de un tiro, como dice el refrán popular—.
