📚 Introduction
For some time now, I've been using a rather peculiar strategy: walking through the same place multiple times to figure out what time of day the shadows look most attractive. I know it sounds a bit crazy, and even a friend told me: "Who thinks of that? You're a bit neurotic," he blurted out. But there are moments when the shadows are simply incredible.
Truth be told, it hasn't been easy. People give me strange looks, especially here in Havana, where seeing someone pass through the same spot multiple times with a camera in hand might seem suspicious. But well, that's what my proposal today is all about. In my quest for shadows, I've taken these photos that I now share with you. I hope you enjoy them.

✅ Conclusion
If street photography in black and white has benefited my career in any way, it is in understanding the behavior of light. I know I still have so much to learn, but with practice, discipline, and study, I’ll get there. For now, I’m in an exploratory phase and doing a lot of observing.

Sombras, luces y perspectivas geométricas.
Desde hace un tiempo, he estado usando una estrategia un poco peculiar: pasar varias veces por el mismo lugar para descubrir a qué hora del día las sombras se ven más atractivas. Sé que suena un poco loco, y hasta un amigo me lo ha dicho: ¿A quién se le ocurre? Estás algo neurótico, me soltaba. Pero es que hay momentos en los que las sombras son simplemente increíbles.
La verdad no ha sido fácil. La gente me mira raro, sobre todo aquí en La Habana, donde ver a alguien pasando varias veces por el mismo lugar con una cámara en la mano puede parecer sospechoso. Pero bueno, de eso se trata mi propuesta de hoy. En mi búsqueda de sombras, he hecho estas fotos que les comparto a continuación. Espero que las disfruten.
Si en algo ha beneficiado a mi carrera la fotografía callejera en blanco y negro es a comprender el comportamiento de la luz, sé que me falta muchísimo por aprender, pero con práctica, disciplina y estudio lo podré lograr. Por el momento estoy en fase exploratoria y observando mucho.

Esa estrategia te dara otra perspectiva de la luz y de las sombras... pero también de la vida, pues cambian los personajes, el sonido ambiental, las expresiones culturales, etc... el tiempo es buen recreador de la realidad
