Who doesn't love coffee! I think almost everyone likes coffee. Especially when you are at the top of the mountain, coffee is the right drink to be enjoyed to relieve the cold feeling in the mountains. Both men and women love the pleasure of the taste of coffee. However, there is a long process in coffee processing that we enjoy so far.

There are various ways to process coffee beans into coffee grounds so that we can enjoy the coffee. In my own place, some people still use the traditional way of processing coffee. although now there are many sophisticated technological tools to process coffee beans.

So, a while ago, went to a traditional coffee bean processing plant in my area. And through this post, I share photos and short articles about coffee bean processing.
From a distance, the aroma of coffee can be smelled, my friends and I went straight to the coffee bean processing place in the traditional way. The weather is sunny and the wind is blowing hard, so the aroma of roasted coffee can be felt in our noses. We are constantly looking for places to process coffee beans.

I started walking with friends to get to the place. We walked about 3 minutes, we arrived at the place.

From a distance it can be seen, because smoke is billowing from an old building. Without thinking, we headed straight for the old building.

It turned out to be true, in an old building that has thatched roofs, there is a young man who is working to process coffee beans into coffee grounds that many coffee lovers will enjoy in a number of places in North Aceh and Lhokseumawe.

Traditional coffee processing carried out by young people is a business that has been carried out for generations. Although now there are many advanced technology tools to process coffee beans. However, this young man still uses traditional tools to process coffee beans.

Thick smoke continues to billow from the furnace mixed with smoke coming out of the pot where the coffee beans are roasted.

The young man's swing was seen stirring the coffee beans in a large cauldron. The heat of the fire and the smoke did not dampen the enthusiasm to produce a decent and delicious powder for consumption.

Once again, we can only smell the distinctive aroma of roasted coffee beans. We want to taste coffee. But unfortunately, there is no hot water that can serve coffee for us to enjoy.

In addition, the heat in the old building, occasionally wiping the sweat on his face, the young man continued to roast the coffee beans in the frying pan until they turned black. Their eyes and hands watch over the embers used to keep them burning.

Unconsciously, the clock has shown 13.00 WIB. I said goodbye to go home. Almost 3 hours ago we saw and photographed the traditional coffee bean processing process which the young man still uses to earn money for his family's economic needs.
