This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.
In the city center, it's quite normal to see so many people walking around, especially at the time I decide to take photos. I guess most of them are leaving work and heading home, which is why it's interesting to capture this spontaneous moment among ordinary citizens. I hope you enjoy these photos.
En el centro, es bastante normal ver a tantas personas caminando, más en la hora que decido hacer fotos, supongo que la gran cantidad de personas están saliendo del trabajo y se dirigen hacia sus hogares, por eso es interesante captar este momento tan espontáneo entre cada ciudadano, espero que disfruten de estas fotografías.
When I take photographs on the street, I like that in most cases the subjects I capture in my photographs have their backs turned or their faces are not clearly visible. This is to give the illusion that the subject could be anyone, because that's how it is—it's part of life to have a routine and go from one place to another.
Cuando hago fotografías en la calle, me gusta que en la mayoría de ocasiones los protagonistas que capture en fotografías estén de espaldas o sus rostros no se aprecien tanto, esto para dar una ilusión a la fotografía de que el protagonista puede ser cualquiera, porque así es, es parte de la vida tener una rutina e ir de un lugar a otro.
In a few photographs, I also focused my attention on objects. This was to highlight certain little things that caught my eye, such as a window in a building. It may be something simple, but I ended up really liking the composition and what is shown in the photograph, and I hope you do too.
En pocas fotografías también centré mi atención en objetos. Esto para resaltar ciertas cositas que llamaron mi atención, como una ventana de un edificio. Quizás es algo sencillo, pero la composición y lo que se muestra en la fotografía me terminaron gustando bastante y espero que a ustedes también.
