30 years ago I was a young cadet in a military school. Then I first came to this city and could not fully appreciate its beauty. I just didn't have much free time.
But since then, the city has changed a lot. There are pluses and minuses. The buildings have become more well-groomed, but business centers have appeared in many of them, some have just been rebuilt. In a sense, the city has lost its seclusion ... or something.
But on the whole it has become lighter and cleaner, but it has been paid for with elements of originality.
30 лет назад я был молодым курсантом военного училища. Тогда я впервые попал в этот город и не мог в полной мере оценить его красоту. У меня просто было мало свободного времени.
Но с тех пор город очень сильно изменился. Есть свои плюсы и свои минусы. Здания стали более ухоженными, но во многих из них появились бизнес-центры, что-то просто перестроено. В некотором смысле город потерял свою камерность...что ли.
Но в целом стало светлее и чище, но за это заплачено элементами самобытности.
