Hey! Hope you’re doing great! Today I’m sharing a #monomad entry that took me back to moments where London surprised me, challenged me, and made me fall in love with photography all over again.
PHOTO 1 — Mirror Forest

This installation has always fascinated me. Dozens of mirrored pillars rising like a metallic forest, breaking reality into fragments. When you stand inside, your body becomes just another reflection among many, almost lost between these tall mirrored trunks. Taking this photo felt like stepping into another dimension, a place where the city dissolves and only distorted echoes remain.

Esta instalación siempre me ha fascinado. Decenas de pilares espejados que se levantan como un bosque metálico, rompiendo la realidad en fragmentos. Cuando te colocas dentro, tu cuerpo se convierte en un reflejo más, casi perdido entre estos troncos brillantes. Hacer esta foto fue como entrar en otra dimensión, un lugar donde la ciudad se disuelve y solo quedan ecos distorsionados.

London’s skyscrapers never fail to impress me. Their lines, their patterns, their impossible angles against the sky. This tower feels like it was designed to cut the clouds, all geometry and steel. I love how black and white highlights the structure, making it feel even more monumental.

A second architectural perspective, different but equally striking. Looking up at this building feels like facing a giant metal wall full of rhythm and repetition. The dotted panels create a hypnotic pattern, and the cloudy sky adds that dramatic mood I love so much in city photography.

This one felt risky, but I love taking risks, in life and in photography. A chaotic bathroom, walls covered in layers and layers of graffiti, stickers, names, memories. It’s raw, imperfect, honest. There’s something strangely beautiful about places like this, where everything is messy but full of character. I knew I had to capture it.

Esta foto fue arriesgada, pero me encanta tomar riesgos, en la vida y en la fotografía. Un baño caótico, paredes cubiertas de capas y capas de grafiti, pegatinas, nombres, recuerdos. Barbican is one of my favourite spots in London. Brutalist, heavy, monumental — but softened by the plants that grow in front of it. I love that contrast: nature rising against concrete. The balance between life and architecture creates a scene that feels both harsh and gentle at the same time.

And finally, Camden. Always alive, always chaotic, always full of movement. Even in black and white you can feel the energy of the crowds, the sound of the market, the rhythm of the canal. This view captures the spirit of the place perfectly — a mix of noise, culture, and everyday magic.

Y por último, Camden. Siempre vivo, siempre caótico, siempre lleno de movimiento. Incluso en blanco y negro puedes sentir la energía de la gente, el sonido del mercado, el ritmo del canal. Esta vista captura perfectamente el espíritu del lugar, una mezcla de ruido, cultura y magia cotidiana.
