Greetings to all the members of this community who love black and white photography.
One of the elements to take into account when converting an image to black and white is precisely the lighting. The absence of color highlights the incidence of light, and makes it more striking to the human eye. That's why, when I created this lighting scheme, I immediately knew that I would leave it monochromatic, and also, I would share it here in the community.
When I saw that the model had those curtains in the background, it occurred to me to make a circle of light, like the ones in shows, spectacles or theaters. For that I used a light modifier, which is called a cone, it is a kind of funnel that makes a well defined circular halo of light come out (through the smallest part).
To achieve the effect, you have to illuminate the entire scene (I used an octa of more than 1m) but in a way that is underexposed, since the light with the cone, should go to greater power and be the reference of exposure in the frame.

Saludos a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad amante de la fotografía en blanco y negro.
Una de los.elementos a tener en cuanta al pasar una imagen a blanco y negro, es precisamente la iluminación. La ausencia de color hace resaltar la incidencia de la luz, y la hace más llamativa al ojo humano. Por eso, cuando cree este esquema de iluminación, enseguida supe que la dejaría monocromática, y además, la compartiría aquí en la comunidad.
Cuando vi que la modelo, tenía de fondo esas cortinas, se me ocurrió hacer un circulo de luz, como los que hay en los shows, espectáculos o teatros. Para eso use un modificador de luz, que se llama cono, es una especie de embudo y que hace salga ( por la.parte más pequeña) un halo de luz circular bien definido.
Para lograr el efecto, tienes que iluminar la escena completa ( use un octa de más de 1m) pero que quede de una manera subexpuesta, ya que la.luz con el cono, debe ir a mayor potencia y ser el referente de exposición en el encuadre.
