I figured it was from shooting at night I get it alot on pictures that are in bad light, I just don't know how to adjust the settings :D
I Use Gimp for most things, Got 2 versions of Photoshop from before I discovered it last year. I'll never buy anymore photoshop now. I just prefer it lol.
