My family and I took a walk to Pier 4 park in Hamilton Ont. With a plan of letting the kids see and feed the swans. But when we reached the parking lot, I noticed fog rolling in from the water. Thankfully I had my drone with me and put it up!
What looked like a fairly light fog from the ground, turned out being a very thick fog and it looked stunning as it made it to the buildings.
Then when I turned the drone to the west, it was a cool scene of the neighborhoods being covered.
Then I realized that the whole bay and lake Ontario had become a sea of cloud.
Despite all of the water being completely covered, the fog actually started to recede back away from the city and stayed over the water only. It was a really cool lake effect that I had never seen before!
After looking at the shots, I think this will make a great post for the #monomad challenge
