Todays post is about random photos from the past month.
आज की पोस्ट पिछले महीने की कुछ तस्वीरों के बारे में है।
The first few pictures are of a small roadside temple located next to a natural water source. This path leads to a hospital, and there are cancer hospitals around the area. On looking closely, I realized it also seemed like a kind of donation box, probably meant for patients who are seriously ill and have run out of money because of their treatment. It was built in the form of a tiny house, with a bell hanging in the center and a Hanuman Ji flag placed on the left.
पहली कुछ तस्वीरें सड़क किनारे बने एक छोटे से मंदिर की हैं, जो एक प्राकृतिक पानी के स्रोत के पास है। यह रास्ता अस्पताल की ओर जाता है और इसके आसपास कैंसर अस्पताल भी हैं। ध्यान से देखने पर लगा कि यह एक तरह का दानपात्र भी है, शायद उन मरीज़ों के लिए जो बहुत गंभीर रूप से बीमार हैं और इलाज के कारण जिनके पैसे लगभग खत्म हो जाते हैं। इसे एक छोटे से घर की तरह बनाया गया है, बीच में एक घंटी लटकी हुई थी और बाईं ओर हनुमान जी का झंडा लगा हुआ था।
I took this photo early in the morning. An old lady was walking quickly with a stick in her hand. Then, all of a sudden, she stopped...maybe because she was tired.
यह फोटो मैंने सुबह-सुबह ली थी। एक बुजुर्ग महिला हाथ में लाठी लिए तेज़-तेज़ चल रही थीं। फिर अचानक रुक गईं। शायद थक गई थीं।
It was a narrow entryway, with shutters on either side. A single light bulb hung above the door, and a cloth-draped gate stood in the middle, making the whole place look secretive and concealed.
यह एक संकरा रास्ता था, जिसके दोनों ओर शटर लगे हुए थे। दरवाज़े पर एक बल्ब लटका था और बीच में कपड़े से ढका हुआ गेट था, जो पूरे दृश्य को रहस्यमय और छिपा हुआ सा एहसास दे रहा था।
This aunty’s stall is quite popular, and many customers come here. She was quickly preparing orders at her stall. Since it was already evening, she had switched on the lights at her stall.
इस आंटी का स्टॉल काफ़ी मशहूर है और यहाँ बहुत ग्राहक आते हैं। वह अपने स्टॉल पर तेज़ी से ऑर्डर तैयार कर रही थीं। शाम हो चुकी थी, इसलिए उन्होंने अपने स्टॉल पर लाइट्स जला ली थीं।
This construction work was still going on even in the heavy fog, and I clicked its photo from another building. The fog was quite dense that day. In the second photo, the workers can be seen finishing their work and heading home.
इतनी घनी धुंध में भी यह निर्माण कार्य चल रहा था, और मैंने इसकी तस्वीर दूसरी बिल्डिंग से ली थी। उस दिन धुंध काफ़ी ज़्यादा थी। दूसरी तस्वीर में मज़दूर अपना काम ख़त्म करके घर जाते हुए नज़र आ रहे हैं।
