El cuerpo siempre esta en constante comunicación con nosotros, es cuestión de parar, escuchar internamente que esta sucediendo, cuales son nuestras dolencias, nuestras patologías.

Hoy les comparto unas fotos que registre en mi practica de yoga, el cuerpo es un vehículo hacia la expresión y expansion del alma, al menos para mi es expresión pura, es el lenguaje que no amerita palabras, solo verbo: acción. Hoy mientras grababa el video que subi hace unas horas sobre " yoga para aliviar el dolor del nervio ciatico", pude sumergirme en mi cuerpo y regocijarme en el, prácticamente hoy acaricie cada celula que habita en mi, cada articulacion y ligamentos que me conforman y le agradeci a mi cuerpo por todo el entrenamiento que entre semana realizo, hoy le dedique un tiempo para el poder ser. Todo esto sucedio con mi practica personal de yoga.
