Today, Friday, to wrap up this week of routines, I bring you this series of photographs where we can see elements or motifs of the city, such as some postcards of the Christmas Park in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, with its large metal tree, a very peculiar design as part of the park's sculpture, and which contrasts well in black and white. Here we see a photo with a partial silhouette of this metal tree and another, a slightly more frontal shot, but with direct sunlight. Meanwhile, we see other elements of the city or details that seem attractive to capture.

I always have this idea in mind when I walk through these streets, becoming more perceptive to everything I see, but especially architectural details, art installations—in short, any detail that catches my eye in the city that I like to capture and reproduce as part of that visual journey, where everything seeks harmony in the images.

So, I'm wrapping up this week, though I still have ideas for taking more photos this weekend. While I generally prefer to let things flow naturally and be spontaneous when taking pictures, it's also good to have a plan for this type of work.

All photos are my own.
