I haven't been feeling well lately. I've had a really bad case of the flu, and honestly, I haven't had it this bad in years. Maybe it's because of the rain, or maybe it's some virus going around. Anyway, here I am, and I haven't been able to go out in this state. But I still had this series of photos I took during my last trip to share. Nothing was planned, just whatever came up along the way. I had some errands to run, and since I had my camera with me, I couldn't miss the opportunity to capture some images.

For this occasion, I had to include some silhouettes, like the first photo, which is of a bird I assume was a macaw. However, I couldn't make it out because of the backlighting. Other silhouettes are mostly just a bit of nature, and I simply captured a human figure with its shadow, as if it were another person accompanying it. That's what I used to say when I was little: that shadows were other people in another dimension.

Well, this is the photography I wanted to share with you today. I'm hoping things will improve so I can go back out into the street to take photos, although sometimes I can't resist and go out anyway. But this is my collection of images for this particular day, showcasing some of the elements and composition techniques I used.

Beautiful backlit photos, a great handling of the technique, very good photos, I liked them a lot.

Hey thanks !

I hope you get better very soon, my friend. Such great photographs as always… I loved the bird, though the walking man’s shadow is really interesting.

Hey, thanks as always for your feedback, well, we're improving here. Cheers!
