It's a glimpse into the visual perspective of nature and landscapes in monochrome, where, of course, nature's characteristic colors are absent—those tones that highlight the beauty of each species. Yet, black and white still has its own magic. It creates a contrast of tones that make the image harmonious within the photographic frame, or at least that's what I tried to do with these photographs I'm exhibiting.
The photographs I show in this post are part of my visit to La Llovizna Park, where you can find countless images of nature, including tall trees, beautiful plants, and the imposing waterfalls and the power of their waters. However, I'm not a huge fan of black and white photographs of waterfalls. In a way, there's something about them that doesn't quite convince me, but in the end, they can also be interesting images for their own reasons and the way they are framed.
All photographs are my own.
