Boa noite, amigos do #Monomad / Good evening, #Monomad friends
Hoje, acordei com uma sensação que tinha dormido por mais tempo do que devia... e tal sucedeu, porque o meu corpo estava mesmo a precisar de descansar. Na semana passada, tive muito mais trabalho do que o costume, com outras tarefas extra-laborais a somar a tudo isso.... Resultado: Parece que fui atropelado por um rolo-compressor!
Acordei e tomei o pequeno almoço, e hidratei-me. Preparei-me para ir treinar, como habitualmente. Vesti-me e calcei-me e saí de casa, como habitualmente, e dirigi-me a pé até ao ginásio.
Reparei que tinha bem por cima da minha cabeça, enormes formações nublosas, umas bem brancas, e outras de cor de chumbo, muito ameaçadoras, com um tímido sol, que tentava irromper, mas sem sucesso, apesar das suas tentativas... o céu foi ficando cada vez mais carregado, e os contrastes, as formas, e a própria luminosidade do firmamento, era de tal forma, que não consegui evitar de captar essa unicidade com o meu telemóvel.
Eram já perto das 11h da manhã, e como não tinha muito tempo, para fazer a minha sessão de treino, não pude perder muito tempo a encontrar o melhor enquadramento ou a melhor posição, mas acho que no fim acabei por ficar muito satisfeito com o resultado.
O dia, estava a ficar um pouco mais fresco que o normal, mas consegui chegar ao ginásio sem que me chovesse em cima... Não tinha levado roupa, ou se quer um guarda-chuva. Não gosto de carregar guarda-chuva, excepto quando já chove quando tenho que sair.
Depois do meu treino, todo o firmamento já estava coberto, e poucas aberturas haviam por onde se pudesse ver o céu sem impedimento... Não haviam aves a cruzarem os céus, nem os carros pareciam estar a movimentar-se tal era a atmosfera inebriante que se fazia sentir.
Poucos metros depois de sair do ginásio, tive que me abrir debaixo de uma cobertura de um prédio... A chuva, caiu, sem dó nem piedade, arrastando alguns papeis que tinham sido levados com o vento, publicidades colocadas nos para-brisas dos carros que se encontravam estacionados nas laterais da avenida...
Pacientemente, deixei que a queda de água, abrupta e enérgica, cessasse, e pacientemente continuei a minha caminhada até casa... Pensando em como teria ficado o resultado das fotografias que tinha feito... e que iria, hoje ao fim do dia, após chegar a casa do meu trabalho, e após uma edição breve, partilhar com vocês.

As nuvens sempre foram um elemento artístico e natural que sempre me fascinaram, desde tenra idade... Ainda hoje, quando tenho tempo, gosto de as contemplar. Admirar suas formas, a sua metamorfose, a sua coreografia irrepetível.

Today, I woke up feeling like I'd slept longer than I should have... and that was because my body really needed to rest. Last week, I had a lot more work than usual, with other extra-work tasks on top of that.... The result: I feel like I've been run over by a steamroller!
I woke up and had breakfast, and hydrated. I got ready to go training, as usual. I got dressed and put on my shoes and left the house as usual and walked to the gym.
I noticed that above my head there were huge cloud formations, some very white and others leaden, very threatening, with a timid sun that was trying to break through, but to no avail, despite its attempts... the sky was getting heavier and heavier, and the contrasts, the shapes and the very brightness of the sky were such that I couldn't help but capture this uniqueness with my cell phone.
It was already close to 11am, and as I didn't have much time to do my training session, I couldn't spend much time finding the best frame or the best position, but I think in the end I was very pleased with the result.
The day was getting a little cooler than usual, but I managed to get to the gym without getting rained on... I hadn't taken any clothes or even an umbrella. I don't like carrying an umbrella, except when it's raining and I have to go out.
After my workout, the entire sky was covered, and there were few openings through which you could see the sky unhindered... There were no birds in the sky, nor did the cars seem to be moving, such was the intoxicating atmosphere.
A few meters after leaving the gym, I had to open up under the roof of a building... The rain poured down mercilessly, sweeping away some papers that had been carried away by the wind, advertisements placed on the windshields of cars parked on the sides of the avenue...
Patiently, I let the abrupt and energetic downpour stop and patiently continued my walk home... Thinking about how the photographs I had taken would have turned out... which I would share with you today at the end of the day, after arriving home from work, and after a brief edit.

Clouds have always been an artistic and natural element that have fascinated me from an early age... Even today, when I have time, I like to contemplate them. Admire their shapes, their metamorphosis, their unrepeatable choreography.

It is a "funny" thing.. I don't know if it happens to you too... I thought that this post would be much more appreciated by the community...
