RE: The Stock & Flow Bible Study Plan

Your post made me think of a passage in 2 Timothy 2

14 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers.

15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

16 But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

Reading the manual, seems to be the command, and using the scripture to good effect. It's a worthy goal to match our digital or virtual goals to our spiritual life, and use it as reminder to bring our thoughts back to the eternal things.

just thinking how i can add smaller habits to build bigger ones. which is always my goal for learning the bible.

Habit building is as entire science. I thought about sitting down and scheduling a time - for scripture reading, and for posting and commenting over in the Kingdom. I read my Bible daily but I've been thinking I should block out time for it - so that it becomes part of the sequence of the day.

I substantially retired last year so I'm still figuring out a structure and an order for my day.
