Four Things I Learned the Hard Way as a Christian So You Don't Have To.

1. What God Has for You Is for You

What God has for you is for you. When it's for you, nobody can take it. I got so caught up in what everybody else had before me that I almost missed out on what God designed for me. What God has for you is custom-made, tailor-made. Can't nobody walk in your shoes and you can't walk in nobody else's. They not your size.

2. Prepare for Your Prayer

Two, it's way more important to prepare for your prayer than for your prayer to be prepared for you. If you told God there's something that you want, what are you doing in your life to prepare for the miracle, to prepare for the blessing, to prepare for the provision? It's an act of faith to move and change your lifestyle to fit what you're praying for. The Bible says faith without works is dead.

3. Comparison Is Idolatry

Three, comparison is idolatry. Remember, an idol is anything that hinders your full service to God. So if your perception of them and what you think their perception is of you is hindering you from fully surrendered and submitted to God in ministry, you're adopting somebody's life as the standard for your life instead of God being the standard that you model your life by. You will limit your God-given potential, trying to be somebody that you weren't created to be, I realized that my ultimate purpose in this world is to be more like Christ. You want to know what your purpose is? You want to know why God put you here? To be more like him. Matthew 6, 33 says,

4. Every Day Has a Purpose

And one more thing, every day that you live your life on earth is God has a purpose designed for that day. So if you acknowledge God in all your ways and he will direct your path, that means every day that you live your life is a day that is full of purpose. You just got to ask God.
