He Has Risen

He has risen

I want to extensively appreciate the almighty God who sent His son, Jesus Christ, to come and die for us on the cross.

I read in the book of Matthew this morning, and it was powerful. Jesus died, and he was buried, and people thought it had ended, he is no more, he will not come to live again, not knowing that His death and burial were for a purpose. On the third day, the angels of the lord rolled away the stone and sat on it. His countenance was like lightning. This incident caused the keepers of the prison to shake and they became like dead men and the angels of the lord turn to Mary and Mary Magdalene and said to them, " Know that Jesus is no longer in the grave, he has risen from the grave, they were astonished and at the same time, they were happy that he arose.

St. Matthew 28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
St. Matthew 28:6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
St. Matthew 28:7 And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see him: lo, I have told you.

And they departed into Galilee to tell the people that Jesus had risen.

The goodness is that death could not hold him down, the power of God raised Him from death, and he conquered the grave with victory.

Now, we are no longer in bondage but we are free to have access to him, talk to him, communicate with Him as our father. There is no blood of a goat to intercede for us, but the blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed and taken away the sin of the world. Now we can have direct access to Him. We have the boldness to come to Jesus and obtain favor and help in times of need.

I thank God for everything, for giving His son to come and stand in the gap for me. It is because of Jesus Christ that we have the angels surrounding the Holy Spirit, who is my great teacher, helper, and comforter, and us.

Without you, I don't know where I would have been. Thank you, Jesus Christ. My redeemer, deliverer, conqueror, healer, builder, destroyer, and every good thing you are in my life. I don't take this Zoe life for granted.

Despite the challenges, circumstances, and situations, Jesus has rolled away the stone. Every sickness, pain, trouble, delay, evil ordinances, and foundations have been rolled away. I am free.
