The building of the Savior on Spilled Blood is again covered with scaffolding. In the years of my youth, when I studied in this city as a shipbuilder, there were all domes in the forests. This continued for many years after my studies. I no longer hoped to see them in all their glory. But it happened.
And now deja vu... I see this package again. Probably there is a need for this, but as a spectator I am upset.
However, this time the forests do not really spoil the impression of the temple. And if you choose the right angle... then you can not notice them at all.
I can assume that these places are visited by tourists most often, although I don't have any statistics. It's just that there are a lot of different interesting buildings, bridges, canals, palaces here...
I understand your frustration. It can be disappointing to see a beautiful building covered in scaffolding, especially if you've been waiting a long time to see it in all its glory.
Quite recently, these scaffolding has not been there yet. This is a very unusual and beautiful temple. Inside, it is covered with mosaics to the last centimeter. I hope these scaffolding will not last as long as last time :)
