People are just animals. It is ridiculous. We have large bins where I live that we get to put our garbage and recycle in. Recycle comes every other Monday and garbage comes every Tuesday. It seems to work out quite well for us. That's good that they have a day established to take care of this. Are you going to go out and find a spot to clean up?
It is shocking that people just think it's normal to behave like this. I always think, leave a place as you would like to find it.
