You can do that on our haveyoubeenhere mobile app, it allows you to create waypoints for each stop with photos and text, then you can link up the waypoints to make a trip (see image below) or a post which can be cross posted to Hive. When posting to Hive it will still only take the first pin but your whole trip and all the pins will be on the mobile app.
