Greetings everyone, I am delighted to share with everyone in this great platform yet another exciting experience of mine. I hope we are doing well and hoping for the best in life. No matter the situation we are been faced in this life, let’s have a positive mindset towards whatever we do.
Since I started schooling at the primary level, I have always been a cool type of boy.
What to say is that, I have been very quitter and I usually don’t involve myself into distractions or any crime at the school level. I had respected various rules and regulations of the school. I do not usually break the school rules. This made be to be liked by a lot of teachers and friends because I was a very cool type even though I was a boy. This is because boys are known to be very stubborn and for that matter are problem causers. But the other way round I was different. It was actually my nature and I was also brought up in a very cool environment so this made me very and have a soft heart.

When I completed Junior High school and proceeded to Senior High school, it was not easy because the transition was from one torn to another. It took me a few months to adjust to the environment and also get used to how various activities were taken place.
However within some few months I was able to cope with everything. I was still in first year by then. That time of the school was hell to me because everything that involved work activities we were been called. Even at times when we are sleeping they will wake you from bed and give you some hard labor work to carry out. That not withstanding it was part of the experience one was expected to go through in other to one day tell a story like what I am doing currently
One Monday morning when everyone was preparing to go to class and also Headmaster’s Assembly because we used to do it on Mondays alone. A certain senior at my dormitory asked for spare socks to wear. I told him I didn’t have some meanwhile I had more than enough since I was a first year by then. The funny thing was that the socks was been displayed on top of my trunk suit case that he could even have a few of it. The reply I had from the senior I was a gesture of him nodding his head. I didn’t pay much attention to it because I thought he had just taken it normal. I finished dressing up and set of for class.
Usually on Mondays we had plot work we do at the dormitory level right after school. Therefore as soon as you hear the bell for closing, you have to rush down and be present at where you have assigned to work. That particular Monday I had forgotten of the plot work and I delayed at the class level before heading down to the dormitory. They had given a roll of members that were present that very day which was actually not usual. I was the only first year that was absent from the plot work for that particular day. The prefect who was in-charge that day gave powers to the particular senior I had denied giving him my socks to punish me. I actually also forgot that I had refused to give him my socks earlier that day. I was told to go and see him for my punishment.
When I walked to him and asked him to punish me, he told me I shouldn’t worry after preps that night studies I will hear from him. So I was actually bothered during the night studies because I was wondering the type of punishment this senior I will inflict on me because I was my first time since I started schooling to receive a punishment. Prep was over and everyone returned to the dormitory to prepare for sleep. I got to my room and bed stand and to my surprise I found out that my mattress was soaked in water and for that matter I wouldn’t be able to sleep on it. I don’t understand what was going on until the senior showed up and told me that was the punishment he had for me.
Out of anger he said I hope I can remember what I did to him in the morning, I replied with a soft and cool voice but that did not change anything. So he added that today there is no sleep for me and I will have to stand or sit on my trunk suit till the night is over. I thought he was joking and will pardon me to join someone. But that was all an allusion. The senior joined me in doing wake keeping exercise that’s staying awake throughout the night. I thought I was dreaming because I have stayed awake throughout the night in my life. In fact at that moment I had wanted to fly back home to my bed to have a good night sleep. But all that was an allusion. I had to sit and doze off on my suitcase case till the night was over while I was been watched by my senior. Hmmmm, the experience was very bad that I wouldn’t want my enemy to go through such. The following morning I went to class very late with my eyes very heavy. I had to hide at the corner of the class to sleep a little bit before I will collapse. From that incident till date I have vowed never to be greedy if I can help anyone
This is the worst punishment I have been put through and I can never forget it. I have therefore learnt my lesson and I will make sure I don’t repeat such mistake again.

That was severe bro. This will teach us we have all kinds of people. This didn't change the fact that you don't have it because you know you would be needing it too. When you are to help, help and be happy not at your pain bro.

Very harsh bro, I was just trying to be careful but I ended up been punishing severely.
Honestly, that's bad. The senior cheated you and not giving him the socks wasn't bad
That's not greed, he was the one at fault and why would he ask for socks from a junior in the first place?
Sorry about everything you went through and I believe it's in the past now.
Yeah bro it’s past, but anytime I am to give my senior high school stories I do not forget if that incident because it was really bad
