In regards to gardening, it's a passion close to my heart. I find immense satisfaction in nurturing plants, whether it's for aesthetic pleasure, personal fulfillment, or simply to test my resilience against nature's forces. Witnessing their growth brings me unparalleled joy.
Speaking of culinary endeavors, one dish that holds a special place in my heart is chicken adobo, a Filipino classic. This dish serves as a poignant reminder of my beloved grandmother, who sadly passed away amidst the challenges of the pandemic in 2021. She played a pivotal role in my upbringing, acting as both a mother and father figure while raising my sister and me. Every time I prepare adobo, I dedicate it to her memory, striving to infuse each dish with love and sincerity. Though I may not be a master chef, I firmly believe that cooking from the heart transcends culinary skill. After all, everyone possesses a palate capable of discerning what truly tastes good, and cooking, at its core, is an art accessible to all.
Exploring new destinations is a passion of mine, driven by a deep desire to witness the breathtaking beauty our planet has to offer. From captivating landscapes to diverse cultures, I am drawn to the allure of discovering unfamiliar territories, whether it be pristine beaches or towering mountain ranges.
The appeal of traveling extends beyond mere sightseeing; it's a holistic experience that rejuvenates the soul. Immersing myself in new environments allows me to capture moments through photography, savor the crisp freshness of the air, and find solace in relaxation, thereby shedding the burdens of negativity that may weigh on my mind.
