Saludos a todos los hivers. La comunidad de @mundoonirico presenta una nueva iniciativa que nos invita a explorar nuestros sueños y lo que experimentamos en ellos. Acá va mi participación.
El mundo de los sueños
✅¿Que son los sueños para ti?
Son un mundo surreal, donde lo imposible es posible. Es la libertad creativa y frenética, fuente de inspiración para cuentos y poemas. De alguna forma, me encuentro con una suerte de alter ego que puede ser lo que quiera, desde futbolista a astronauta.
✅¿Que es lo que más te gusta de soñar?, y si no te gusta ¿por qué?
Me gusta soñar con viajes. Pero me fascina cuando mis sueños me trasladan a la montaña, subir hacia las cumbres, estar con mis amigos y seres queridos en esa travesía.
Los sueños que menos me gustan son las pesadillas. Una muy frecuente es aquella en la que voy cayendo en un abismo sin fondo y termino despertando empapado de sudor. Por lo que he leído, este sueño se debe a que, al parecer, el corazón se detiene por un momento, y la caída y el despertar se deben a la respuesta del sistema nervioso para que el corazón responda. Si alguien sabe si esto es cierto, por favor confirme en los comentarios.
✅¿Qué es lo más loco que has experimentado o te han contado en cuanto a los sueños?
Los sueños tipo Inception. Según esta película hay varios niveles en los sueños. Es difícil tratar de describirlo, y no sé si le ha pasado a alguien más, pero lo más loco es tener sueños dentro de un sueño, y despertar pensando que lo que estás viviendo es real, pero entonces te despiertas, y no distingues en dónde estás, o si lo que viviste fue real o un sueño, o si sigues soñando.
✅ Si pudieses decidir qué vas a soñar esta noche, qué soñarías?
Suelo tener sueños conscientes, y muchas veces puedo cambiarlos de acuerdo a la historia que me gustaría contar. Pero si pudiera decidir qué soñar hoy, sería un reencuentro de amigos jugando fútbol en un campeonato mundial... Jajaja.
✅¿Crees que se puede viajar a través de los sueños más allá de nuestra mente?
Los sueños de por sí son un viaje, si podemos ir más allá de nuestras mentes, en realidad no lo sé. Lo que sí sé es que he descubierto muchas cosas de mi a través de los sueños, y también alimenta mi gran pasión: la escritura.

Greetings to all hivers. The @mundoonirico community presents a new iniciative that invites us to explore our dreams and what we experience in them. Here goes my participation.
The world of dreams
✅What are dreams for you?
They are a surreal world, where the impossible is possible. It is creative and frenetic freedom, a source of inspiration for stories and poems. Somehow, I find myself with a sort of alter ego that can be anything I want, from footballer to astronaut.
✅What do you like most about dreaming, and if you don't like it, why?
I like dreaming about traveling. But I am fascinated when my dreams take me to the mountains, climbing to the summits, being with my friends and loved ones on that journey.
The dreams I like the least are nightmares. A very frequent one is the one in which I fall into a bottomless abyss and end up waking up drenched in sweat. From what I have read, this dream is because, apparently, the heart stops for a moment, and the fall and awakening is due to the response of the nervous system to make the heart respond. If anyone knows if this is true, please confirm in the comments.
✅What's the craziest thing you've experienced or been told about dreams?.
Inception-type dreams. According to this movie there are several levels to dreams. It's hard to try to describe it, and I don't know if it's happened to anyone else, but the craziest thing is having dreams within a dream, and waking up thinking that what you're experiencing is real, but then you wake up, and you don't distinguish where you are, or if what you experienced was real or a dream, or if you're still dreaming.
✅If you could decide what you were going to dream tonight, what would you dream?
I usually have conscious dreams, and many times I can change them according to the story I would like to tell. But if I could decide what to dream today, it would be a reunion of friends playing soccer in a world championship? Hahaha.
✅Do you think it is possible to travel through dreams beyond our mind?
Dreams in and of themselves are a journey, whether we can go beyond our minds, I really don't know. What I do know is that I have discovered many things about myself through dreams, and it also feeds my great passion: writing.

Je, je. Ciertamente, me ha sucedido que sueño dentro de un sueño, y quedo totalmente extraviado al despertarme ante la sorpresa de no saber dónde me encuentro.
Sí, uno queda desorientado, sin saber en realidad qué fue lo que pasó.
Ja, ja, y para mí era peor cuando me acostaba borracho en casa ajena y pasaba por esa experiencia.
Interesante iniciativa y más interesantes reflexiones.

Gracias por participar amigo. Una vez tuve un sueño tipo inception con un parálisis del sueño, me dormi, y me desperté con parálisis algún ser caminaba por la.cama sin poder moverme y luego si me desperté.
Esos suelen ser los más aterradores. Mi primo una vez me contó que soñó algo parecido, y que le tomó bastante tiempo poder levantarse.
