If you want to know how to hide IP addresses, step one can be in using a proxy or VPN. I have to say there are many things you can try to do to have privacy on the Internet. I cannot promise how safe you can be online because it depends on what you've already done on the world wide web during your entire life and a series of everything else offline too. But I must say there are many different things we can talk about to help protect you from governments and others. It is important to take it one step at a time and one thing at a time. So many different things to look at.
Some countries can have less freedom than other countries. Long story short, things change sometimes. Countries can get better and worse. So, different nations and places go up and down over time. So, many different things happen these past several decades. But many things got worse since 2020 in many countries too due to lockdown. In many ways, all the countries in the world are fucked. Meaning, we only get out when we stand up. That is why millions to billions of people are rising up in protests, marches, rallies, etc, in 2021 especially. In so many countries this year alone, there are big gatherings of people standing up to promote freedom. America is pretty bad right now. The United States was better in the past but not right now.
I don't know how to compare the very bad prisons in America where they put Jan6 people in with jails in other countries.

Depends on the prison. Some prison cells have one person. But some cells have 2 people. Some cells can have many many people. You need to remember there are city prisons. But there are also county prisons. And then there are state prisons. And then there are federal prisons. And different states can have different types of prisons because each state can be like a different country in the United States because the USA was originally supposed to be a union of countries or nations or states. And state means country. And governmental agencies in the USA may have secret prisons. There might be some secret things underground. There may be some military prisons. And remember there is a difference between prison and jail and dungeon and correction facility. That means some of these things may be worse and some may be better. There may be some terrible prisons for terrorists or for certain people. There may be FEMA camps. And I don't know what else. I know very little about all of this. All I know is that there are many different prisons. So, you cannot say America Prison is not that bad. You do not know and you act as if America only has one type of prison. They do not.

America is big. America is big like China is big. You gave me an article that talked about Korea. Did you not read the article? Did you not read the headline to the article you gave me? You said something about your country and then gave me an article that talks about South Korea. And you are telling me you do not want anybody to know what country you are from. But you told me many times in former comments that you are from South Korea. You sent me an article that literally has the word "KOREA" in the title. You can see that word, Korea, in the article. The word is there. I read it. I saw it. It took me five seconds to see the word. The article is about Korea. You mention your country and then send me a link to an article about Korea. Am I supposed to think, "BUT HE IS NOT FROM KOREA." Am I supposed to think you are from Uganda because you sent me an article about Korea? Should I think you live in Vietnam because you gave me an article about Korea?

I have many things I can say to you. But it takes so much time and so many words to try to tell you about VPN. And then proxy too. And that is a second word I want you to know. VPN and proxy. And this can help you hide IP, etc.
I try to help you hide your IP address. But you need to understand what proxy means. So, I would have to help define and explain to you what proxy mean. It means fake IP address. And there many things you can try to do and study if you want to hide your IP address, etc.

In 2012, I went to prison for stopping my dad's GF from calling the cops. She was trying to call 911 to complain about me. So, I was in jail for 2 weeks and they forced me to plead guilty to hurting her, we are talking physical assault, abuse, battery, things of that nature. I didn't do that. But they said either I plead guilty or they would keep me in jail for a year or longer for the other crime. They said that stopping a 911 phone call is a big crime. They said I was guilty of that crime. So, they said they wanted to make a deal with me. And after 2 weeks, I said ok. I lied to the judge and said guilty to crimes I did not do so they would forget about the big crime I did do. But the big crime I did do was a bad law. But it was a law or so they said.
That jail picture you are showing here is a nice jail. The prison I was in was not that nice. And by the way, you probably have bad hotels. I mean, just because many people are poor, that does not mean being poor is good. Other countries try to imitate America for a reason.

Who said it was private? And if it was private, you would not know about it. Do you understand how privacy works? Anything you say or write online is not private.

I talk about many things on the Internet, different websites including Discord. But regardless of what I say or write, I am aware that anybody could be reading it. Like, anybody. So, it doesn't matter if I'm writing like a private email message, a private Discord message, a top secret private and personal Facebook direct-message (DM), etc. It doesn't matter because I know some things can be seen perhaps by some people. Well, it depends on many things.
I can try to be private a little. For example, one email website which I use which may be more private and better is called Proton Mail which you can get a free account at, it is at https://protonmail.com and my email address is [email protected] or [email protected] and people can email me there any time they want.
I can talk about privacy. I can talk about many things. But the Internet is dangerous and not safe. Yeah, we can sometimes try to hide IP addresses. We can try to use encryption, proxy, VPN, etc. Many things. So many things. And we should try them. Try different things. Many different things can help. Just try one thing each day. And then tomorrow, try another thing that might help you have privacy online. And it can be hard. It can be very hard. But take it one day at a time. Please take it one thing at a time. Slow and steady wins the race. I can talk all day about so many things relating to privacy and how to be private or in trying to be private. It is very complex with many steps and things. But do not overwhelm yourself. Just try to learn about encryption for example. Try to learn about proxies. You can find a search engine like Google or Bing or Yahoo or other websites and apps that can help you find articles and things that can teach you about proxies and other things.
Maybe you can find videos that talk about how to be private, how to have privacy, how to setup a VPN or proxy, etc, etc, etc, etc. So many different things.
