There is a difference between donating to other people who were vaccinated and to those who were not vaccinated. There is a distinction that must be explained. People who talk about Red Cross need to make the distinction between the segregation and racism they subscribe too. Notice what you have quoted does not talk about the unvaxxed. So, they are not addressing the details which means fake news. You have to get a direct quote of the distinction because they make a distinction.
