Hola, perdona la demora en responderte.
Todo depende de las circunstancias o necesidades, pero obviando las y centrándonos solo en el momento, te diría que cuando el Hive baja, porque al final de cuentas el Hbd vale menos que el Hive, entonces puedes hacerlo en ese momento y esperar a que suba, o si vas a cambiar a tu moneda local, saca la cuenta acordé a cuánto recibirás cambiando Hbd y cuánto en Hive, y allí tomas la mejor decisión.
