In the weird digital world it's pretty bad how people consider the idea of posting habits and how to go about building something successful like a following or brand. That balance between growth and life are very important. Especially taking into consideration the type of content or brand you're producing, and how much time and effort it may take. I think for many there is a good structure in building a plan behind it, working things out and planning ahead.
