I used this technique in a healthcare recruitment agency to start the ball rolling and it does work like a treat. . It is only done at limited time to get people in circulation and referrals only given if the person has achieved certain requirements, But I guess the tokens and Rewards are already an incentive, although it can also be acquired in different ways. 🩷😊
