When you upvote, you didn't only help the writer, you help yourself too because curation reward would come in an automatic way after the post pays

Maybe it is because I haven't vote so much but I don't think there is limit to voting. At steemit back then, hundreds of people used to comment under people like @surpassinggooggle @ejemai @mammasitta @dan post and they vote as many as they want, the only thing it can affect is voting power that gets weak and which would boost back after some while

I don't think posting too have limit, you can post as many as you want if you have enough hive power
