Abandoned monastery

Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I present to you a very landscaped watercolor of mine, a meeting between sky, mountain and buildings. I wanted to represent a very fantasy scene, fruit only of my imagination.

It is an ancient abandoned abbey on the top of a mountain and surrounded by a wall and the remains of decaying Roman arches.

A lonely place where it is impossible to imagine the presence of man.

I leave you the steps of the creative process, which led me to create the landscape, without drawing but only on sensations.

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi vi presento un mio acquarello molto paesaggistico, un incontro tra cielo, monte ed edifici. Ho voluto rappresentare una scena molto fantasy, frutto soltanto della mia immaginazione. Si tratta di una antica abbazia abbandonata sulla cima di un monte e circondata da un muro e di resti di archi romani decadenti. Un luogo solitario dove non si riesce ad immaginare la presenza dell'uomo.

Vi lascio gli steps del processo creativo, che mi ha portato a realizzare il paesaggio, senza disegno ma solo su sensazioni.

Un abbraccio da eremita.
