Interior perspective

Hello everyone dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I share a much more technical watercolor than usual, the interior of an ancient church.

I drew a central perspective with an apse and an altar, on the sides two chapels with a stone floor and a roof with trusses in wooden beams.

To create it I was inspired by the classic ancient churches of these photographs.

I tried to age the design of the architecture and building stones.

Prospettiva di interno

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido un acquarello molto più tecnico del solito, l'interno di una antica chiesa. Ho disegnato una prospettiva centrale con un abside ed un altare, ai lati due cappelle con pavimento in pietra e in alto copertura a capriate in travi di legno.

Per realizzarlo mi sono ispirato alle classiche chiese antiche di queste fotografie. Ho cercato di invecchiare il disegno delle architetture e delle pietre di costruzione. Spero che il mio acquarello vi piaccia, condivido alcuni steps della fase di realizzazione.
