Con la fine della scorsa settimana abbiamo scollinato la meta' stagione, sulla carta.
Dico sulla carta perche' in realta' ora sara' tutta discesa, un po' di caos fino al ferragosto poi sara' un lento (ma neanche troppo) avvicinarsi a settembre.
Dal 20 iniziera' il calo, la settimana dopo spariranno o quasi i bambini, restero' qua' fino almeno al 18 settembre anche perche' inpalestra ci sono evoluzioni interessanti di cui vi parlero' in seguito.
Passate 7 delle 14 settimane di stagione, mi stanno arrivando un altro paio di ragazzi/e per rinforzare la squadra visto il caos di agosto ed il pienone annunciato in struttura.
Le cose vanno bene.
Sono arrivato che avevo un po' gli occhi puntati addosso da parte della proprieta' visto che lo scorso anno l'animazione era stata disastrosa.
L'agenzia per cui lavoro era riuscita a confermare la struttura grazie ai buoni uffici del proprietario della stessa coi proprietari del villaggio ma un ulteriore sbaglio ed il prossimo anno l'avrebbero persa come appalto.
Serate strapiene di gente, ragazzi ed adulti a tutte le attivita', Baby dance sold out, bimbi che si divertono, per il momento tutto procede al meglio.
Sono stato fortunato, anche se ci ho messo del mio.
Una buona equipe, ragazzi che hanno voglia di divertirsi, educati e puntuali.
Una mia gestione del gruppo spero saggia ma ferma, i sergenti di ferro oramai, per fortuna, non funzionano piu'.
Buon senso, esperienza, capacita' di tenere buoni rapporti con tutti
i settori, far la differenza alla sera sul palco, questo e' fondamentalmente il modo in cui mi sono mosso.
E' vero che manca ancora quasi meta' stagione ma oramai quello che si e' fatto, quello che c'e'...c'e'.
Io mi gestisco, cerco di riposare quando e' possibile vista l'eta' del dattero, mi alleno un po' quando rimangono forze.
Siamo allo Zenit della stagione, finalmente.

With the end of last week we have reached the halfway mark
season, on paper.
I say on paper because in reality now it will be all downhill, a bit
chaos until mid-August then it will be slow (but not too much)
approaching September.
From the 20th the decline will begin, the following week the
children, I will stay here until at least 18 September also because in
gym there are interesting evolutions which I will tell you about later.
After 7 of the 14 weeks of the season, I'm getting a
another couple of boys / girls to reinforce the team given the chaos of
August and the full house announced in the structure.
Things are fine.
I arrived that I had a bit of an eye on me from the side
of the property since last year the animation had been
disastrous.
The agency I work for was able to confirm the facility
thanks to the good offices of the owner of the same with the owners
of the village but a further mistake and next year
they would have lost it as a contract.
Evenings packed with people, boys and adults for all the activities, Baby
dance sold out, kids having fun, everything for the moment
proceeds at its best.
I was lucky, even if I did my best.
A good team, guys who want to have fun, educated and
punctual.
My management of the group, I hope wise but firm, the sergeants of
now, fortunately, they no longer work.
Common sense, experience, ability to maintain good relations with everyone
sectors, make a difference in the evening on stage, this is
basically the way i moved.
It's true that there's still almost half of the season to go, but that's it now
what has been done, what is there... is there.
I manage myself, I try to rest when it's possible given my age
dates, I train a little when I have strength left.
We are at the Zenit of the season, finally.
