My friend did face the same issue and he ordered a Samsung's monitor and two times he got the same monitor even if it was defective. and the best part is there is no return option there, this is sad to see.

Yes this is very sad. Amazon service is becoming bad and bad.. they definately need to do something about it.. cheers
