Ristorante Sul Mare / Seaside Restaurant

Un luogo incantevole in cui ho trascorso una magnifica serata, in compagnia dei miei parenti e di un ottimo cibo di mare. Il ristorante si chiama Aquae Seaside ed il nome non è stato scelto a caso visto che si affaccia direttamente sul mare. Nasce su una piattaforma di legno adagiata saldamente sull'acqua ed è una struttura davvero molto bella, credo anche abbastanza costosa visto il menù. L'occasione è stata un battesimo e quindi non posso darvi ulteriori informazioni essendo io e la mia famiglia ospiti .

Il ristorante è aperto sia a pranzo che a cena, oltre alle prime luci dell giornata effettuando anche servizio bar e avendo a disposizione sdraio e ombrelloni per chi volesse trascorrere una tranquilla gironata di mare.

Essendo un ristorante sul mare e poiché l'accesso avviene dal parco, si può godere di una pace e tranquillità incredibile, accompagnato dalla risacca del mare quando è leggermente mosso. Il ristorante serve pietanze prettamente di mare: dai frutti di mare crudi, ai costacei, passando per i carpacci di tonno, salmone e pesce spada ed infine con primi e secondi di mare davvero gustosi.

La nostra cena è iniziata con porzioni centrali di gamberi e scampi crudi, serviti in contenitori a forma di coppa, colmi di ghiaccio e su cui sono stati posati i crostacei. Poi ci hanno serviti altri antipasti tra cui salmone a tranci con rucola e limone, un trancio di pesce locale di cui non ricordo il nome in una sala in davvero gustosa, insalata di polpo e patate.

A questo punto della cena ammetto di essere stato già sazio ma non potevo lasciare la tavola senza aver finito le portate. È una questione d'orgoglio ,😊. E così ecco arrivare paccheri con pesce rana e scaglie di mandorle, un contrasto nuovo per i miei gusti ma davvero ottimo!

Infine un secondo ancora base di pesce con contorno di zucchine e trancetti di pesce sminuzzato, il tutto in una salsina dolce. Wow che mangiata!

Per concludere una guatosa macedonia e gelato al limone, per aiutare la digestione in preparazione alla torta finale, che purtroppo non ho fotografato. Ma.vi garantisco essere eccezionale!

In conclusione una gran bella serata, rilassante e con ottimo cibo, il tutto accompagnato dal profumo della salsedine e dalla meravigliosa luna che rifletteva la sua luce sullo specchio d'acqua del mare. Questa è la vita che mi piace! Peccato duri sempre poco!

An enchanting place where I spent a wonderful evening, in the company of my relatives and excellent sea food. The restaurant is called ** Aquae Seaside ** and the name was not chosen by chance as it overlooks the sea. It was born on a wooden platform resting firmly on the water and it is a very beautiful structure, I think also quite expensive given the menu. The occasion was a baptism and therefore I cannot give you any further information as my family and I are guests.

The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, in addition to the first light of the day, it also provides bar service and having deckchairs and umbrellas available for those wishing to spend a quiet day at the beach.

Being a restaurant on the sea and since the access is from the park, you can enjoy an incredible peace and tranquility, accompanied by the backwash of the sea when it is slightly rough. The restaurant serves purely seafood dishes: from raw seafood to costaceans, passing through carpaccio of tuna, salmon and swordfish and finally with really tasty first and second seafood.

Our dinner began with central portions of raw prawns and scampi, served in cup-shaped containers filled with ice and on which the crustaceans were placed. Then they served us other starters including sliced salmon with rocket and lemon, a local fish steak I can't remember the name in a really tasty room, octopus and potato salad.

At this point in the dinner I admit that I was already full but I could not leave the table without having finished the courses. It's a matter of pride, 😊. And so here comes paccheri with frogfish and almond flakes, a new contrast for my taste but really great!

Finally, a second course of fish with a side dish of zucchini and chopped fish slices, all in a sweet sauce. Wow what a meal!

To conclude a tasty fruit salad and lemon ice cream, to help digestion in preparation for the final cake, which unfortunately I have not photographed. But, I guarantee you to be exceptional!

In conclusion a great evening, relaxing and with excellent food, all accompanied by the scent of the salt and the wonderful moon that reflected its light on the sea water. This is the life I like! Too bad it always lasts a short time!
